The Central Ranges Trade Training Centre officially opened the Whittlesea (Southern Hub) and Seymour (Northern Hub) sites on 26th of August and 4th of September respectively. The completion of both $5.2 Million, state of the art vocational training facilities was completed on time and in budget.

Both facilities are now open to all nine schools in the Central Ranges Trade Training Centre Consortium [Seymour College, St. Mary’s College Seymour, Assumption College, Yea High Schools and Euroa, Broadford, Alexandra, Wallan and Whittlesea Secondary Colleges] for students to undertake VETis school or pathways program training.  The facilities can deliver Industry standard training in Automotive, Engineering, Welding and Building and Construction

Students from across the region are very excited to be able to access the facilities and start the vocational pathway into industry standard training and ultimately jobs in local skill shortages.
